Ⅰ、Service. 
 
1.Repair
   During warranty period, it is free of charge for its customers to maintain and replace parts damaged as a result of product quality. Outside the warranty period, whether the damage to parts results form natural or man-made damage, We only charge its cost fee if replace or repair them, and if need to maintain equipment, please provide product warranty card.
 
2.Replacement
   Within 90 days (inclusive) since the date of purchase, if the products produced by SUNTA are performance fault that is not in accordance with "product description" and the relevant national quality inspection standards, the user has the right to choose to replace or repair. If you choose to replace, please send the fault machine and the original purchase certificate to us, We will offer free replacement of new products that is the same model and specification with original one; if the product with the same model and specification has been stopped producing, it should be replaced with new products that is at least the same performance with the original product.
 
3.Supporting services

Ⅱ、The warranty period.
  
   Since the date of purchase (the original purchase date on the certificate), According to the terms of the contract signed between the buying and selling this product is entitled to free warranty rights during the warranty period. Warranty period of the product in SUNTA is one year, after one year we will collection maintenance costs in accordance with the provision.
 
Ⅲ、The following does not belong to the contents about replacement of products.
  
1.Product has been in use for more than three months.
2.After the other′s company receiving the goods, result in product damage due to transport problems.
3.Lead to product damage due to man-made factors, such as broken, broken and so on.
4.Lead to product damage due to inevitable factors, such as: fire, earthquake, war, severe damp, lightning, high voltage electric shock (including static electricity).
 
Ⅳ、Maintenance response time.
 
1.Response time: Interval from the time when the company has received more than three kinds of requests for maintenance information to the time when personnel gives a specific response. The company promises that the longest maintenance response time during working days will be no more than 48 hours.
2.Maintenance time: Interval from the time when the company receives a customer to the time when completes repair of the machine, the company promises that will complete maintenance within five working days.
